高雄長庚聽說今年沒有R3願意走腎臟科了（想當年可是曾經發生過一半的住院醫師申請腎臟科fellow的），所以待在醫院的學長學弟們現在要很巴結下來值一線班了。因為新進的住院醫院也是會看新聞或是社會脈動的，目前對於腎臟科的風氣或是誤解，讓人不敢走進來啊，或是說前景堪慮？
看了一下New York Times對於美國醫師的執業收入，在美國做procedure的醫師荷包滿滿，給付調漲的幅度較高，而單純是診療的傳統醫師（primary care physician, internal medicine），聽心音或是開立抗生素或是口服藥物，給付調得較少，是經濟收入弱勢的一群啊（腎臟科也是沒做什麼procedure的）。
文中甚至比較了，開心手術和做個皮膚腫瘤的切除，給付和台灣一樣，開心手術輸了，難怪臉書上那位木容公子對於CVS愈來愈冷心了。
台灣的醫療水準沒有輸美國，但是，給付卻是輸得一蹋糊塗。
